STATEWIDE COLLABORATION, LOCAL IMPACT.

EPC communities learn with and from each other in service to our children, youth, and families, adopting and adapting what works well in another community to our own local community contexts. Our work is always locally-decided and community-driven, and never “plug and play.” In addition to our statewide collaboration, we are all active in the national StriveTogether network, learning with and from more than 70 communities across the country doing similar collective impact work.

PARTNERS

EPC and our nine member organizations partner actively with more than 600 organizations and individuals across Minnesota, including neighborhood volunteers, community-based organizations, local schools and school districts, county and state agencies, statewide coalitions, elected officials at all levels of government, and more.

We also partner with national subject-matter best-practice leaders who help us learn what’s working well outside of Minnesota, so we can ensure that our work is aligned with the best work in the nation.

With children, youth, and families at the center of our work, partnerships are the fuel that keeps us moving forward. We collaborate to make the highest and best use of available resources, improving both the efficiency and effectiveness of our public and private supports and programs.

These partnerships inform our policy work, as do the voices of children, youth, and families in our communities. We are frequent conveners of community meetings, and we bring community members to Saint Paul to meet with our elected officials.
